I am an executive coach and management consultant with over 30 years of experience across consulting, leadership, and transformation roles. I have held senior leadership positions at leading consulting firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM, and currently work as an independent consultant and coach. I collaborate with a network of senior industry leaders to provide advisory services in business strategy, organisational effectiveness, and digital transformation.
I am certified as an Executive and Team Coach by Coaching Foundation India (CFI) and am a member of the CFI coaching community. I am also certified in Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching (MGSCC), a globally recognised coaching methodology. Further, I am certified to deliver emotional intelligence based EQi 2.0 suite of assessments.
My work reflects a deep interest in helping leaders perform at their full potential, step into more complex and demanding roles and navigate executive agendas with clarity and confidence. My consulting experience spans organisation and digital strategy, business planning, and customer experience. I have also worked extensively with professional services firms on leadership development and consulting capability building.
At PwC and IBM, my roles included consulting delivery, program management, and account leadership with P&L responsibility, along with recruiting and developing consulting teams. As part of my commitment to giving back to the profession, I continue to engage with academic institutions through teaching and research. I have served as a visiting faculty member at IIMs and other premier institutes.
I am an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
