My consulting work has largely been in the areas of organisation and digital strategy, business planning, and customer experience, helping clients accelerate their growth plans and achieve excellence. Additionally, I have also been assisting professional services firms in leadership development, with an emphasis on bringing consulting capabilities to their customers and project management. I have worked with marquee Indian and global clients and has had exceptional relationships at the board level across industries.

At PwC and IBM, I focused on consulting, program management, and account management with P&L responsibilities, managing several complex and transformative assignments.  I was actively involved in recruiting, mentoring, and building teams for the consulting practices. As a ‘give-back’ to the industry, I am associated with academic institutions to conduct industry research or take up teaching assignments.  I have taught at IIMs and other premier management institutes as a visiting faculty member for regular MBA and Executive MBA programs in the areas of management consulting, CRM, and ERP.
