Executive Coaching

Executive coaching has become one the most sought-after leadership interventions as companies look to groom leaders to take up higher responsibilities, global roles and be equipped to lead in a dynamic business environment.  An individualized development process, executive coaching focuses on enriching the capabilities of the leaders either in the current role or in preparation for a future role that is strongly set in an organizational context. It helps develop competencies, behaviors, beliefs, and perspectives spanning intrapersonal, interpersonal, leadership or business domains following a non-directive, non-judgmental process. 

I focus on 3 P's of the leaders - Purpose, Potential and Performance.  My key focus is to help leaders improve their managerial effectiveness. Supported by a rigorous framework, I help leaders  rediscover their purpose,  realize their true potential and carry out their executive agendas effectively and contribute towards long-lasting individual and organizational results.  I am certified to conduct EQ-i (2.0) and EQ360, a world-leading set of psychometric tools on Emotional Intelligence.
